Biography

Blair M. Dickhoner is a shareholder at WBA.  Mr. Dickhoner represents clients in Colorado and Utah in the areas of local government, public infrastructure finance, and real estate development. He assists clients with the organization of special districts, special improvement districts, public infrastructure districts, infrastructure financing districts, and other governmental entities.  Once organized, Mr. Dickhoner serves as general counsel to these entities. Mr. Dickhoner has represented his clients on debt issuances with a total par amount of over $600,000,000 for the purpose of financing public infrastructure.    

Outside of work, Blair enjoys trail running, rafting, coaching youth sports, overseeing the Scouts Pinewood Derby Race, and traveling with his family.
