Biography

Betsy Russon was born and raised in Utah, where she currently resides on her fourth-generation family farm. With over twenty years of legal experience in federal and state administrative regulatory practices, Betsy’s skillset makes her a strong advocate for her special district clients.

Betsy deep roots in Utah provide her with a unique understanding of the intersection between local politics and the use of special districts to accommodate the growth and economic development occurring across the state.
