Biography

Ms. Floyd is an associate attorney at WBA; she specializes in the representation of special districts. Roshana’s practice leverages almost two decades of public sector experience that includes land use planning, policy analysis, and nonprofit administration. She is a certified planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners, as well as a Certified Floodplain Manager with the Association for State Floodplain Managers.

As a former municipal planning manager, Ms. Floyd has a deep understanding of entitlement, development, and construction processes. She is adept at navigating the regional relationships and collaborative discussions required to move projects from paper to vertical success.

Outside of work Roshana enjoys hiking and camping with her family, cooking, reading, and adventuring with friends.
