Overview

WBA is seeking dynamic and driven Associate Attorneys with 3–8 years of experience to join our thriving special districts and local government practice. As a boutique firm at the forefront of local government representation, we offer attorneys the opportunity to engage in sophisticated, meaningful, and wide-ranging legal work that directly shapes growing communities across Colorado.

Associates at WBA enjoy a uniquely immersive experience: direct interaction with clients and hands‑on collaboration with developers, consultants, engineers, public officials, and other professionals across the industry. Our clients often partner with us for decades, giving Associates the chance to develop long‑term relationships and be involved throughout the entire lifecycle of major development projects.

In this role, you will work closely with WBA shareholders, boards of directors, and project stakeholders on a broad spectrum of impactful matters, including district formation, infrastructure development, intergovernmental negotiations, real estate and transactional projects, regulatory compliance, and public governance.
