Overview
WBA is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Administrative Support Clerk to join our law firm’s legal assistant team. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of the firm’s electronic documents. This role will assist Legal Assistants and other staff in saving and organizing digital files, including maintaining proper version control, naming conventions, and structured digital filing across all matters.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and efficient with routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- File, organize, and save electronic documents within the firm’s document management system (Epona, SharePoint).
- Consistently apply and maintain standard naming conventions, versioning rules, and filing procedures.
- Provide backup receptionist coverage: monitor phone lines, distribute mail, and assist with day‑to‑day mailings.
- Assist with mailings via USPS (including certified), UPS, and FedEx.
Skills and Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to learn and follow structured procedures and naming conventions consistently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a high volume of documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Preferred
- Prior experience in a law firm, professional office, or records management role.
- Experience with electronic document management systems (Epona, SharePoint).
Work Schedule & Location
- Status: Full-time, non-exempt
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
- Hybrid Work: On-site 1-2 days per week (schedule may vary for onboarding/training, team coverage, and special projects).

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $23.00 to $25.00/hour, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
